1. What comes with the basic package ? Everything to put on a presentation except the DVD (movie) of you choice. We bring all electronics, screen and technical support, so you can relax. View our show ideas pictures to get some visual ideas of the presentation we provide.

2. Are there any hidden costs? NOTHING is ever hidden. We do add for distance or special equipment add on , like surround speakers

3. Can we supply the movie or do you do that? Movies MUST be supplied by you. It is against Federal laws for ANYONE to provide and display a movie without paying the right to use fees. As long as you are on private property, and not charging "admission to the film" we are all legal. We will not show "bootleg" films.

4. As this would be an outdoor event, what happens in case of rain? Can a rain date be scheduled like for the next night or week? We do not take a deposit. In the event of questionable weather, we will make a decision on the phone with you before leaving our facility. If we cancel - NO harm done - no refund to process. IF we arrive at your home and you change your mind - all fees are due. We can run the show in moderate rain, but will cancel and unplug should lightning threaten.

5. Do you bring redundant equipment in case something breaks down? YES, spares are in the truck , though not of the sane quality of the master system. Having a trained service technician on site also guarantees a seemless show. Stuff happens though, but we haven't lost a show yet due to our equipment. Your air-compressor in the garage tripping breakers, is another issue.

6. What is needed from us as the hosts? A pleasant smile, and a lot of enthusiastic guests. Sit back and enjoy the evening. I have found that having "help" usually slows the setup and tear down processes.

7. We are trying to figure out what we are doing for our event, so we hope to hear from you real soon... E-mail is always available - please leave your best time to call with your telephone number. Since we do programs at night, day communications are best. After 4pm - the wheels are rolling.

INSURANCES: to keep show costs down we must insist that the presenter (you) obtain sufficient insurance to cover any accident or equipment and property damages that may result during a program. This includes injuries directly or indirectly sustained or caused by any individual on your property. By agreeing to have us present for you, you assume all liabilities.
